We have two units set at the front of the building and two which are accessed via a private courtyard. All offices have access to private roof terrace spaces, secure bike storage and showers. The landlords will be undertaking refurbishment programs which will include the likes of new or changing the numbers of meeting, furniture items, dressing of the offices and general decoration. We would like to work with the occupier to create an office space which will be bespoke to their actual needs and requirements though.
By separate arrangement but should this be needed for the tenants requirements, by separate arrangement and also within the estate, we can offer secure off street car parking and storage facilities.
We provide a Zayo Tier-1 fibre connection for all of our managed offices. This is one of the highest quality carriers in the country for leased line (it is not a broadband service like many others in Shoreditch / London). Generally, 100 or 200 Mbps on Zayo would be better quality for reaching anywhere in the world than, say a 1 Gb/s of street broadband. Our standard offering is 100 Mbps but upgrade options available on all lettings (again depending on the tenants business requirements).
