Having been based in the same building in Knightsbridge for 10 years, our client reached out to us in the Summer of 2020 after they were notified by their Landlord that their building was scheduled to be redeveloped.
Having grown fond of the area, they were keen to stay as close as possible to their current building whilst also achieving flexible lease terms that would allow them to re-enter the market in 18 months’ time should the pandemic result in a reduction in rents.
